In addition to our customer support operation, staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have a service facility at Anston, Sheffield, within easy reach of the M1 motorway giving excellent links to the remainder of the UK.
The facility here is capable of repairing or refurbishing any make of vehicle to a standard comparable with the day it left the factory. Our team of technicians can boast specialists in all disciplines - mechanical engineering, bodybuilders, painters and electricians. They are trained to factory standards and are capable of carrying out just about any job you care to mention.

Parts

To ensure rapid possible response to your needs, our Central Parts Centre at Anston, Sheffield carries stock of parts worth in excess of £2m.

We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, outside normal office hours continuous cover is provided with staff on-call, ensuring maximum availability of parts for your Plaxton coaches.
For orders placed before 3pm local time, we can despatch same day for delivery to destinations throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.
Our parts range covers all coach and small bus models manufactured in the last 12 years In addition we endeavour to assist customers in sourcing parts for older models.
